Attorney General's Statement
The nation's top law enforcement official, Pam Bondi, confirmed her stepping down on the start of the week. Bondi stated that the court's "flawed" ruling made it unworkable for Habba to perform her duties.
"Let no one confuse following the order as giving up," she declared. "This battle will now extend throughout America."
